The Lafayette City Marshal’s Office honored three of its outstanding deputies for Crimestopper’s Officer of the Year. Sgt. Shane Duplechin and Dpty. Jean Paul Broussard were honored for their heroic actions for the year 2020. Dpty. Karli Haydel, who is the dispatcher, was also honored for her dedicated service for the year 2021.
