Marshal Earl “Nickey” Picard Plaque Ceremony

Lafayette City Marshal Reggie Thomas conducted a Plaque Ceremony to honor Marshal Earl “Nickey” Picard’s thirty plus years of loyal and dedicated service as Lafayette City Marshal.  After the ceremony, the plaque was unveiled to reveal Marshal Picard’s likeness.  A reception followed along with a book signing, for Marshal Picard ‘s book of poetry.
