Lafayette City Marshal Reggie Thomas held his first annual Backpack Giveaway. Marshal’s deputies handed out backpacks stuffed with school supplies to those in need in the Lafayette community. Dr. Holly Howat and The Rotary Club also donated backpacks and school supplies for the event.
